I don't think we sell all the allocation this time. Hope we do, but don't think we will.

Barnet was often a high turnout. Lots easier if coming from the North.

That's almost 1000 more than there were Grimsby fans at the last home game.

I see on Facebook that the usual wimps are getting their knickers in a twist about ticket allocations and the fact that there is priority given to season ticket holders ect.
Everyone that wants one will get a ticket, even if we was to sell out I’m sure we’d be offered some more .

Wierd structure but I guess it keeps those quiet who want early access who in theory deserve it.. Although 2 for 1 ticket 1 for 1 basis is a bit over the top when we won't get 4,000 go... I'll be in grimsby from 27th to 30th December I'm hoping the club shop will be open at some point then for me to grab our tickets to go.

Realistically I think 3,000 odd tops. UTM

So why offer priority in the first place then, you pillock?

It's not like it's Lincoln away where demand will far outstrip supply.

People moaned about allocation at Wembley FFS! For some reason the fact that there are a finite number of tickets always makes people panic even if the number of seats is far in excess of what we realistically can sell. Everyone who wants to go will do and everyone will get a good seat.

I’m guessing you was one of them then eh ? 😂

Well for as long as I can remember Town and every other club in the league has rewarded loyalty by giving season ticket holders first dibs on tickets .

Shame we couldn’t do something similar for Palace away - or even something simple like a good old black and white scarf for every Town fan

How many did we take to West Ham and Chelsea in the late 90’s?

I'm sure most Town fans will own a black and white scarf from over the years.

Maybe get something going on here to ask every fan going to take a scarf. That would look great in a stand with 3 or 4 thousand in all being held up at the same time.

There must be season ticket holders who would like to sit in a large group with non-season ticket holder friends and family, who think this is a bit bob? Unless they just wait for general sale anyway, which would just reinforce that it is all a bit unnecessary. I'm not sure there are many scared of not getting a ticket, it's more the faff (especially for those outside of NE Lincs). Nevermind, is was it is.

Yep. First time wimp though

Which makes sense and is fair when demand could outstrip supply. We've been given a stand that holds 9000 though. Port Vale on Boxing Day, where we're also not goimg to sell out, is general sale from the off.

I hope they start selling from the top rows of the stand. Great view I've heard.

Seems bizarre to me that you need to tell anyone to take a scarf to a football game in January! Best tell them to take a big coat as well.

When are they on sale???

In his three stints as Grimsby Town manager spanning over 10 years the club was never relegated and he also guided them to three promotions.
Only 14 managers have reached 1,000 matches in charge of a Football League team by 1998 and Buckley is one of them.

Won't be a problem for anybody requiring tickets.
After the initial sales to st holders etc they will just request more if required for general sale.

About 7,000 Town that day if I remember correctly.

Yeah it's all the Arthur Wait stand. Holds 9574. The away fans are usually just in the right hand side of it (bottom right on your televisual set).

Yeah it's all the Arthur Wait stand. Holds 9574. The away fans are usually just in the right hand side of it (bottom right on your televisual set).

https://tickets.cpfc.co.uk/eve.....p;pid=101&vid=33

If the whole stand has been set aside by Palace why don't GTFC just go hell for leather and sell as many tickets to whoever wants them. There's enough there to satisfy everyone and more besides. Keeps it simple. Everyone can sit with their mates and family (if they want to   ) and no one need worry about not getting hold of a ticket. We've not taken that many away (not counting finals) anywhere since Liverpool in 1980.

The Arthur Wait stand has one of those old style low pitched roofs which can help create a good atmosphere.

I always think there needs to be incentives for season ticket holders, however I’m not sure I agree in this specific instance. The entire stand is greyed out on their website, which means that, hypothetically, if we wanted them we could sell 9,000 (not that we would). At the very least, it would probably be wise to give ST holders a few days to buy tickets, but with a larger limit (perhaps 5 or 6) since I guarantee a few will want to go in bigger groups. Limiting it will only put people off (exiles thinking ‘I won’t know if I can get a ticket until a week before so won’t be able to plana trip to London around it’) etc. At Wembley we planned it really well, creating singing sections etc, knowing we would have in reality an infinite supply. It’s not quite the case of basically an entire national stadium here, but with a potential limit of 9,000, this could have been marketed as a ‘let’s take over South London’, instead it seems like they’re trying to limit it as much as possible. I appreciate they’re using it to market the Swindon game etc, but is it worth limiting the potential of this fixtures for the sake of what might sell a hundred or so tickets at most to Swindon

Yep. When supply is really limited like at Lincoln, then first dibs to ST holders is a sound principle. Leaving general sale until 27th might put a few off, but more importantly there's less time for people to plan a trip (especially with a late kick off buggering things up) and there's less time for a head of steam to build up.

I'm alright, I'll have a ticket stub for Swindon and obviously not far to travel. Others won't. Worse things happen at sea, but this is unnecessarily complicated. The words urine-up and brewery spring to mind.

Maybe the trust could have a word?  I’m not concerned as I know everyone who wants to go will get one but it might put a few people off with this ticketing system especially if we lose a couple of games (not wanting to sound negative).
The more people buying tickets earlier then the more interest it will generate. Also would show good PR for the club if they  are willing to listen and another step in the right direction.

The ‘buzz’ does make a difference, and having people excitedly snapping up tickets instead of anxiously waiting over two weeks would make a difference. You might have a few more saying ‘well okay my mates are all going together I may as well go with’. I know I’ll be able to get a ticket so I’m not bothered from that regards I just think the club is missing a trick. It would be good if the Trust did say something. Hell even going on general sale a week earlier than its set at now would be an improvement. As it stands it’s a case of ‘are you going?’ ‘Yeah might do when do tickets go on sale’
‘Well...’ by the time you get to the end of the specific terms whoever you were speaking to will probably have zoned out hahaha

Is there anyone who believes the club have got this right?

Even at a push give season ticket holders first dibs for say Sat-Monday then general sale. I can only assume the ticket office have a string of Christmas Parties and don’t want to work too hard in the run up to Christmas OR this has been imposed on them!
Either way I don’t think it helps fans nor the relationship, just annoys large numbers of supporters both regulars and the floating ones

All IMHO of course

If they're leaving the whole stand empty incase by some miracle we sell thousands then it is a bit strange the way they've set it up m I get that ST holders and everyone should get priority. Not just for garentuee of a ticket but atleast to be able to go in a shorter queue than their would be if everyone can get tickets

That's the only reason I can think of that they haven't gone straight on General Sale, is that the ticket office staff will not be able to cope, , so its staggered like it is, , ,  but hey plenty to go round, , , I think we should make them panic and all wait till the general sale date!!!

Well they can only serve one person per member of staff at once and have made a rod for their own backs by limiting to one or two tickets per person and the rigmarole of checking stubs etc..

Much quicker and easier selling 100 tickets to ten people than 100 tickets to 70. Less staff time, less waiting time, everyone's a winner..

It's a busy time of year for general public. People will want to make arrangements for family kids etc. Before they go back to school, work etc etc. People will generally finish work for Christmas the weekend before. People may be busy in between Christmas and New year visiting family and friends and therefore may not be able to get down to BP to get tickets. If ST/SST/MT holders were to have for the sake of arguments this Saturday until Tuesday or Wednesday then general sale after that, I think that would make a big difference. Anyway UTM

I've read through this thread in its entirety and I think there are many good points made. All I can add is that the Trust received loads of complaints after the Doncaster fiasco of two years ago when ST holders were allowed 4 tickets each meaning the original allocation went within a couple of days. We took these to the club and they promised it wouldn't happen again. The lesson to be learned maybe is that it is an impossible task to satisfy everyone. I'm sure everyone will get a ticket somehow....

Somebody who I know has a season ticket but their stub C was taken out by the ticket office for Chesterfield game and when they rang ticket office today to tell them that they basically got told that's their problem and they would have to buy a Swindon ticket and wait until then, despite having a season ticket! What a mess this is

It was a good thing that the Trust took the complaints to the club re Doncaster, but a finite allocation at a local game at Doncaster compared to an unachievable total allocation of more than double that, five times further away in South London without the benefit of on the day train travel and ticket purchasing over the Xmas and New Year bank holiday periods is massively different. With all these rules in place, do the club think we could oversell the whole away end of nearly 10k? Of course not, it's sledgehammer cracking a walnut time. Where is the common sense and where is the reasoned analysis to get to this overcomplicated mess? I'm abroad so won't be going but I'm having my say on this because I want my club to operate on a better level than it does with its fanbase so the club can grow, progress and be more successful than it it is, and even though most fans will easily get tickets for some it will be an added and unnecessary complication. Jesus, how difficult can the club make it in the instance. A simple job of selling 3, 4, 5, 6k tickets to fans in reasonable time and with as little impact on their lives made a whole lot harder, and for what? Customer service should be the highest of priorities at the club and shouldn't be hidden behind events from a totally different scenario. Everyone will get a ticket somehow and many with added difficulty, so it really does make people question the club's ability of thought processing sometimes. The Palace ticket allocation was an easy task to satisfy everyone, and that open goal was missed..

I am suprised that STH never get much understanding from a lot of non STH it`s absolutely right they get first dibs in my opinion due to their financial outlay before a ball is kicked. After that MT members and Flexi ticket holders have been promised something for their trouble and have been elevated over general sale again I totally support that. The other key thing here is initial allocation of 4100 in the very unlikely event they all sell more will be sent.God forbid Town win and draw a Prem team at home with only around 6.5k home seats up for grabs I will have my feet up with a bucket of popcorn for that reading the fishy

Changed date for general sale. Hats off to the club for listening.

Maybe one or two future young Mariners supporters will open up a present on Xmas morning with Palace tickets in it, be excited all Xmas, create a buzz amongst their friends and convert to being a lifelong supporter during the game..

Still can’t see why we haven’t but just put them all on general sale. Or even give season tickets, trust members and stub members two days of priority then just put the rest on general sale. Not wanting to sound like a moaning n0b but it would be nice to give us the best opportunity of giving us a better following.

Sth should always have priority after the investment made.
The club are then trying to maximise monies by requesting stubs.
There isn't any need from an allocation point of view but it generates revenues.
From some responses it's obvious some folks think that getting a ticket will be a problem. In reality the allocation will exceed any demand.

Are we going to have any theme for this game.

We had some great ones in The Conference, The Barnet Inflateable Invasion and Wigs at Woking were 2 memorable ones.

With so many Town fans going to be there it would be great to do something for this match and show everyone that we are the best supporters in the land.

I think as someone else suggested, simply just black and white scarves. It can look visually spot on when everyone is twirling them above their head. It's no doubt going to be bitterly cold so you'd be daft not to have one anyway and Town might make a few quid out of those who inexplicably don't already have a black and white scarf.

Call it 'scarf dahn sarf'.

We need to get back to basics and remind the football world of the Wimbledon invasion. In football terms this will be a reminder of just what the FA Cup means to fans of lower league clubs.

I think we will need more tickets,

Palace will only sell 16,000 at the most which leaves 10,000 seats,

We will not need that many but 5, to 6,000 would be my guess.

We are the black and white army !!!!!!!!!!!

I originally thought we'd sell about 3,500 but now seeing we've sold 2, 000 to season ticket holder only I'm thinking we may need to request more by Monday next week! I can see us shifting well over 1,500 by Monday

2400 done as of today.

To be honest, I didn’t think we’d sell that many let alone 4100 so to only have 1700 left before general sale is a decent effort.

Have to agree Grant, I thought we'd sell 3,000 odd but it's hard to say now. If it continues like this it could be well above 5,000 which is insane.

Respect to Blackpool for carrying out direct action against the club's stewardship.
Did the same when they drew arsenal in the league cup.

3,600 sold 'slightly restricted tickets only left'... Sorry but unless they open up more of the stand and offer decent seats I won't bother getting tickets when I come to Grimsby between Christmas and New year. I'm not wasting £40 on tickets £40+ on petrol food etc to have a excrement view.

Slightly restricted will be fine I'd have thought. Might mean far enough back that if the ball goes way up thenyou might lose it because of the overhang of the stand. Certainly won't be poor enough to put me off going!

Just got through on the phone and sales are suspended until Palace confirm if we can have another allocation. Sounds like a virtual sell out of the first allocation already.

Thousands of non-restricted view seats to be left empty.

Sell restricted view seats for the same price. 👍

No doubt they'll quote "stewarding concerns" or similar. Welcome to football clubs not giving a excrement about football supporters ladies and gentleman. Nothing to see here.

Might not put you off Rodders but it would put off the more casual supporters. Long way and expense to not see the ball in the air. In fact you can barely see the far touchline from the top row.

EDIT: I've just seen that they are not the same price. £13 for adults and £4 for kids. Fill your boots people! 13 notes to see Town's tiki-taka is a steal. You won't miss a thing! 😄

To be fair to the club maybe that's why they've stopped sales and requested another allocation rather than just trying to flog the restricted view first?

Sorry but I don't understand the point in all of this? Surely they're not selling tickets to home fans in the stand so common sense would be to leave the top 10 rows and fill from the front back.

Engineering works on GNER line - all trains are slower - 2 hours from Peterboro which is normally 45 mins. I'd forget the train unless you drive to somewhere like Loughborough or East Mids Parkway that's on the East Mids line.

Someone's mentioned about them stopped selling at the moment or something? Where's the update from gtfc.. Times like this they should be getting everyone on the band wagon and giving us constant updates, atleast 2 or 3 a day. I'm constantly flicking on to see how many we've sold for Palace and I'm not even 100% that I'm going!

Have you not got your ticket? Why the desperation to see how many we’ve sold? Weird!

That is a bit excrement though. Someone could have bought a restricted view seat today but this time next week someone who’s been slower off the mark could pick up a ticket for a seat with a better view.

Make sure after we get a draw in the tie at Selhurst, we give them an initial allocation of 200 restricted views from the back of the osmond

Can someone please clarify the train situation. What’s the train we miss? It’s possible
to get the last train to Newark then on from there.

Surely the train you miss isn't relevant. It's the train you can catch that's the important one.

Out of interest for those who have already got tickets, what row have you got? I’m on 32, hoping that won’t be too far back in the stand.

Apparently so...

Looking like there’ll only be 200-300 left this morning which will go quite quickly I reckon. Looks like we could do easily another 1-2k based on the number of people who are either waiting or couldn’t get sorted with all the phones & online booking down yesterday.

Imagine if they’d left this until after Xmas like they’d planned.

Well if they give us another 3000 (I don’t know the figures as such) and we sell 2500 of them. That would leave 500 empty searts. So those with a restricted view could move without nicking someone elses seat 👍

The wife was going away for a girly weekend.
I jokingly remarked  'I don't know whether to spend it watching porn or watching football'
'you may as well spend it watching porn' she replied
That's understanding darling what makes you say that? I asked

She said 'Well you already know how to play football'

I don't think we sell all the allocation this time. Hope we do, but don't think we will.

Barnet was often a high turnout. Lots easier if coming from the North.

More or less sold out and given it’s probably the most awkward ground to get to that’s some achievement UTM

Hello - first time poster here.
Just ordered my tickets - bringing along two mates who absolutely loved the last time I took them to see Grimsby (Welling away - 4-0 win).

"Grimsby fans are a bit mental" was my friends comment .

I live in Blackheath, South East London so a nice lazy breakfast at Borough Market will be on the cards before a boozy-prematch.

Has he been given time to achieve promotion by the chairman and fans? Yes

I really hope so. I think back to Donny where we took a similar number and the atmosphere was flat as a nun's mammary. I hope regardless of what happens on the pitch, that people go with the intention of making a bit of a party atmosphere a la Barnet. After all, it's a hell of a long way to go to sit on your hands.

Don't forget your scarfs guys! Keep spreading the word.

Lukeo you are over-thinking this. It's a pillar just like the ones in the Ponny. If you're behind it then it's irritating but you just lean when  you need to. Get a ticket, get a few beers down, sing your heart out and you probably won't be behind one anyway!

Why not just pay for them online and choose to pick them up when you're here? If you don't actually want to go, don't go. Odd.

Just comes across that he doesn't actually want to go, but is wanting to use the excuse of tickets selling out as the reason 🤔

Yossarian, welcome.  Not a Catch22 for you going to the game then? Just a mission.

Thanks and yes Catch 22 hopefully wont come into play!!   Just a quick day/night mission indeed.  I have a feeling the afternoon in the pub pre-game might be the most arduous part of the day.

Tips for anyone who really does want a decent start to the day; get your stomach lined with top quality food around Borough Market at London Bridge and really good pubs (Market Porter for example) - then a quick train to Norwood Junction after that.

I dont see Town these days as much as I'd like to, but the away days have taken on a rather mythical status these days....

Borough Market is superb for all the foods of the World, fantastic food to eat while you walk around, next to London Bridge tube station.
For a few good ales go to Baker Street tube station, as you depart you will see it next to the exit, 'The Metropolitan Bar' it's a great Wetherspoons.
If you have your wife with you send her to Sloane Square tube station, Kings Road & Fulham, but don't let her have your debit/credit card.  UTM

Yes your right about that dapperz fun pub, however with kick off being 5.30pm some people will stay overnight either Friday or Saturday so its a good pub if they do, also my thoughts were if you get into London midday'ish, rather than go straight into the Palace location you get a taste of the London scene with plenty of time to spare & its good beer at sensible prices as i'm sure you already know.

With all due respect that pub is a pretty bog  standard spoons with the normal long walk up the stairs to the toilet and the customary sticky carpets. Cheapish for central London yes but usually filled with tourists or passing travellers and if I’m honest ( I was there about a month back ) the food is poor quality even for wethers

That's very specialist knowledge of south London suburbs Abdul.

I once went to look at a flat in Anerley (1987ish). Felt like the middle of nowhere.

Through the door there came familiar laughter,
I saw your face and heard you call my name.

Agree.
If Wspoons is your thing or you are working to a budget it's a standard outlet.
London has great pubs to offer with quality ales and food, not some of the dross served in some Wspoons.

Fewer than 200 restricted view of the second allocation left, going online from 3pm.

Just think, if fans hadn’t complained the first allocation would’ve only gone on general sale yesterday. Mental.

We certainly seemed to have been caught out by the heady heights of a Third round cup tie.   With current  technology it is surely possible to have allocated all the season ticket holders demands within 48 hrs even if the tickets are not physically ready and to have had them on general sale by the time of the Swindon match (which as an exile was the only game I could make before new year) especially as we could just ask for more as we have done.  Hopefully lessons have been learned for round four.
Not all Town fans live on the doorstep of Blundell Park and many of those that do want time to make adequate travel arrangements.

It is so easy to create a SQL database and using scanning cards.  I work for a stock control company in Lincoln and I could get this working no problem.

There is still just over a week left until the game, surely they should be giving us more if possible? Could be a few London Mariners or local Mariners waiting to 'buy on the day' or find out what shifts they're on etc...
I got ours this morning. I've promised the lad I'd take him somewhere on route for a game of pool, so unless someone knows of a snooker hall or pub with a table close to Selhurst Park? I best start googling!

Why can't they open up more and forget the restricted seats ffs! We could potentially sell another 3-400 in the next 5 days. I wonder if all London Mariners have their tickets or are hoping for on the day sales?

Yeah, what pubs near the ground accept away fans? Always used to go in the Cherry Tree at Norwood Junction but I read somewhere they don't let away fans in any more.

Right, my advice if you are coming by train is drink in London Bridge. There are lots of pubs in and around the station and most away fans drink there when they play us or Millwall. Then get the train to Norwood Junction (12 minutes from London Bridge) then it's a 10 minute walk to the ground.

I think you are right in saying that the Cherry Tree is now home fans only and the other pubs around there have mostly shut down.

Quoted from lukeo

The Spoons in Thornton Heath has shut down so the only other pub by the station is The Railway Telegraph but they have yet to make their decision if they are going to allow away fans this weekend. I'll post on here when they do.

If you park in Thornton Heath there is a pub on the way to the ground which is the designated away pub called The Prince George. It's not huge but i think they have sport on in there (never been in as i drink elsewhere).

Again if you are coming by train i would drink in London Bridge (Then go to Norwood Junction) or London Victoria (Then go to Thornton Heath or Selhurst).

Cardiff? Although I guess it's the largest for an actual away game?

Right, my advice if you are coming by train is drink in London Bridge. There are lots of pubs in and around the station and most away fans drink there when they play us or Millwall. Then get the train to Norwood Junction (12 minutes from London Bridge) then it's a 10 minute walk to the ground.

I agree with Palace1 - I live in SE London and Palace is not an easy place to get to and pubs are thin on the ground unless you want to go farther afield...plus and with so many away fans I think I'm going stay around London Bridge (Victoria sucks for pubs) and head down an hour before kick off.

I think you are right in saying that the Cherry Tree is now home fans only and the other pubs around there have mostly shut down.

Ta Palace1.

Might pop in the Falcon at Clapham Junction then as it's easier from here than London Bridge.

What’s the best way to do it if you’re driving to London and getting underground and or overground in. To Stanmore get jubilee and change for KGX and then Northern Line to London Bridge or just get straight on the Northern line at Barnet?

Clapham is a good shout.

It's only 20 minutes to Thornton Heath from there.

Jubille and Northern both go direct to London Bridge - I'd say they are both equally convenient...

Yes I managed to confuse myself by also looking at Cockfosters as an option for parking. In two minds whether to do the park and ride option or just get a hotel nearby to sleep off a few beers and drive back in the morning. Would be at least an hour and a half getting back across London looking online. I probably should have looked at this before Christmas....

Go park near 1 of my houses, Blomfield Road,  Blomfield Villas W2 6NQ, free street parking from 7pm Friday to Monday 7am, not far from (10 min walk ) Paddington Station. Great central location, plenty of bars & restaurants down (10 min walk ) Queensway & next to Bayswater tube station as well.  UTM

If you are thinking of going to Stannite and parking you might be better heading 5 mins up the road to Harrow Weald. You can catch overground direct from there and takes about 45 mins to Thornton Heath or Selhurst, that is unless you were planning on drinking in London rather than near the ground

Does Palace's result tonight have any influence on the team that they will put out on Saturday, I would presume they will play majority second eleven as they will need to save their "stars" for the premier.

This is the team they put out against Middlesbrough when they got knocked out of the Carabao Cup earlier in the season - 8 changes from their previous Premier League game.

31 Vicente Guaita
29 Aaron Wan-Bissaka
34 Martin Kelly
44 Jairo Riedewald
27 Pape Souaré
10 Andros Townsend
7 Max Meyer
42 Jason Puncheon (c)
15 Jeffrey Schlupp
9 Alexander Sørloth
14 Jordan Ayew

Subs:

35 Sam Woods
1 Julian Speroni
4 Luka Milivojevic
20 Jonny Williams
21 Connor Wickham
25 Sullay Kaikai
39 Nya Kirby

Some decent names in that line up; let's be under no illusions here regardless of how much they change things up we're going to be coming up against a very, very good side many of whom will still be earning more in a week than some of our lads do in a year. That said, this is the FA Cup and these things can and do happen, so no reason we can't 'believe'.

For those that are interested, this is how availability is looking in the home ends. Our tickets seem to be selling better than they would normally do for the FA Cup, but then it has been a while since we had a "proper" FA Cup tie and not someone boring such as Stoke!

Getting quite excited about Saturday now.
Beautiful day down here in London today - hopefully similar weather tomorrow.

Will spend a nice lunch Saturday in a lovely restaurant not far from Borough Market drinking nice wine before reverting back into my Grimsby persona and drinking beer (something I only ever seem to do when watching Town!).  Market Porter at Borough for a few, maybe The George Tavern before venturing into the hinterlands of south London which even for us London-based folk Selhurst is beyond the edge of the map (here there be dragons!!!)

I’m really looking forward to it, feels like the old days. Hoping for a really good atmosphere from both teams, just hoping no idiots try and ruin it.

Did anyone else book tickets online the day they went on general sale? I got online at 9am and booked 2 tickets, paying full price. With 1400 on sale I mistakenly thought getting an unrestricted view ticket wouldn't be an issue. Picking up my tickets this morning from the sorting office, I received the surprise that I'm on row 48. Obviously I fully appreciate that people queuing in the ticket office should be served as a priority but I've had no word about refunding the difference. This isn't a female dog, I'm glad to be in the ground with the Town fans, just a grumble about the lack of communication.

Just seen this article on the OS:

Just read this from the OS

"Grimsby Town fans will be housed in the Arthur Wait Stand and should enter Selhurst Park through the entrances in Park Road.

The away section will be open from 3.30pm, two hours ahead of kick-off. ]Please note that no away fans will be allowed into local pubs[.

A full food and drink service - including alcohol will be available in the Away Fanzone with their matchday DJ also in attendance. Crystal Palace will give a chance for a couple of Grimsby youngsters to take part in a half time penalty competition on the pitch.

All at Crystal Palace FC look forward to welcoming Town fans down to south London for this third round tie."

Seriously who writes this stuff???

Yes, had exactly the same, ordered 4 tickets at or before 9am, tickets dispatched that morning.

When they arrived they had changed them to restricted view and refunded the difference. They didn’t contact me to say they were doing that so effectively sent something I hadn’t ordered. Rang them as soon as tickets arrived to see if there was anything I could do, but the only option was to buy 4 more tickets from the later allocation at full price with the risk of then being changed to restricted view again.

Pretty p!ssed off about the level of service. Hoping it’s not too bad, we’re row 44.
Going to be a good afternoon/evening out anyway.

Very poor service.
Minimum would be to contact the buyer.
