So lads if you are drinking on the way to the game and are stopped by police you will be escorted home.

BUT

What happens if you are stopped on the way home ?

Are you escorted back to London ?

No evidence whatsoever fella !!
My legal team will be in touch !!
It will be cultural and enlightening. UTM

The wife was going away for a girly weekend.
I jokingly remarked  'I don't know whether to spend it watching porn or watching football'
'you may as well spend it watching porn' she replied
That's understanding darling what makes you say that? I asked

She said 'Well you already know how to play football'

The tube won't get you anywhere near. Doesn't go out that far.

The nearest mainline train stations to Selhurst Park are Thornton Heath or Selhurst  which are both about a 10-15 minute walk from the ground.

+ Norwood Junction which may well be the closest.

Just had a quick gander at Google maps.

According to them distances from Selhurst Park are Thornton Heath station 0.7miles, Norwood Junction 0.6 miles and Selhurst train station 0.5 miles, so they're all pretty much of a muchness really with Selhurst just slightly closer.

Interestingly, Palsce have started selling tickets for the gsme today, and you can't book in one of the side stands which might indicate our allocation.

You mean Palace fans cannot book in the away section?

Yeah just football ones.

Well, “sporting events”, but I’m yet to see a coach load of people off to the races arrested and escorted back to wherever they came from.

Don’t think race meetings are designated sporting events for the purpose of alcohol consumption
