Supposedly more to do with organised crime than 'ordinary' (if extreme) hooliganism. If true, Argie football is so rotten to the core there's no way they should be allowed to host the World Cup. I wouldn't be surprised if there is more sabre rattling over the Falklands in the near future as the usual recourse for a regime under pressure.
