Minus three internationals that the rules say anyone in the lower leagues can postpone if unavailable on an International weekend. As not everyone in the lower echelons is hampered the same way it's deemed as unfair on teams hard hit. The Premier League dont even bother as clearly they chokka full of Internationals. The rest of the the team keeping their fitness up having a friendly instead of sitting about twiddling their thumbs. No biggie.
