I remember the Clee pre-season after match comments when some said the players looked knackered. They look knackered now - have they been over- conditioned?

Is the S&C coach looking after core strength or stamina? Are the players doing plank exercises instead of miles on the road? I agree they look knackered so is the program based upon what we see on a Saturday or data on a lap top and BMI readings?

It felt at the time like we where short of pre season games and playing a number of games on the bang is what really boosts your fitness. Similarly how many outfield players in the squad have played 5 full (ish) games straight ? At this stage of the season that level of intensity really helps.
