Remember the noise at 2.58 on our first day back in the Football League??!!

Is that going to be the noise that these new players are going to walk out to on Saturday? 2-3 minutes of that chorus to really send the message across to these players!! It’s the one chant that the whole ground will follow!!

FGR may even join in as we taught them that chant at Wembley!!!

I have a good feeling about this year!!!

Never forget that day, awesome. Was sat in a Boozer that night after the match, somewhere near Covent Garden, mood sombre and feeling totally knackered, and in walked 4 Bristol Rovers fans. Not in the mood, but fair play, they were ok lads (no surprise they had won ), but was in that sort of a twilight zone, where I wanted to twit em, but they were being nice fellas. The thing that changed it for me was all they kept going on about was that chant "Fish ". They said it really freaked them out, they could not cope with it. They kept going on about how awesome it was. Remember....it's our song, unique and it puts the fear of God up em. UTM

Is there any plans to continue with the warm up MC and music from the open corner?

I think that set a good atmosphere.

always thought it was a shame we only did it as the player walked up for first penalty .....if we had done it on all the guy going 5th would have been freaked before it was even his go
