Not sure where the "high quality" comes in. On Channel 5 you could watch in high definition on Quest you can't

The footage channel 5 showed was no more than what was free to watch on YouTube or the sky sports website/app anyway.

Discovery UK announced a while back that Quest would be launched in HD in July 2018. Not happened yet though.
