Last year I had my picture taken with Russell Slade

When Leeds trainer Les Cocker was once told Norman Hunter had broken a leg, he asked: “Whose is it?”

And it wouldn't be custard pies you'd be throwing at him either.

Really hope it's not going to be a bit of a washout but I think there's a good chance of rain tomorrow.

Did anyone go to this? Just wondering how it went, given the awful weather yesterday.

Everything that could be moved inside was. At 10.30 there were four of us and the choir (who'd come from Donny). By 11.30 there must have been over 500 people either in the bar or in the Findus stand. It meant the autograph session had to be rejigged because of the room. Some players went into the Upper Findus whilst the rest went into the bar. It took 2 hours for all the signing and selfies but most people were very patient (including the players) and it went better than we dreamed it would.  Michael Jolley got waylaid on his way to the bar to join the players and before he knew it he had his own queue.. He spent time talking to just about every fan-not just signing.

The aim of argument or discussion should not be victory but progress.
