TIM Parkin spent 2 years playing in Sweden so he could be a mate of Jolly. Although he is 60 years old i have heard Jolly sticks by his mates.

Alex ?  He wasn't a little guy with a Sth. American accent and wearing a red shirt-I hope not-can't stand him.

It could be that we have signed a new striker and that Hessenthaler was signed days ago? Nothing woukd surprise me.

Akheem Rose signed over 2 weeks ago but the club havent announced that yet either!

Interesting Hessenthalers dad was previously short listed for the managers job at Town ( think it was when Bignot got the nod)

James Berrett had played 200 games in League One by the time he was 25.

Not being negative about the signing, but as always with new signings let's just give them chance to play competitive games then judge them. I'd say the same if we'd signed someone who was a bench warmer for a conference team.

Not being negative, just pointing out a fact.

Haven't said anything about the new player as I haven't seen him play. Will reserve judgement until August/September.

Parkin has signed but not as a player,

He is being used on the cheapside pitch,

Jolley wants it to be a bit flatter.

So we have several battling midfielders now , great, an area we lacked in for a lot of last season, but now we need a striker me thinks?

Backup keeper, right back, winger and a target man striker still needed. And if Akheem Rose signs that gives us a squad of 23
