Very good business. That should give us a kitty for signing a decent striker.

Quoted from Cloudy
I am mot sure Evans has ever developed a player in his life and honestly think he is the wrong manager for Siriki.

Evans is a loose cannon, he manages by fear and being unpredictable. Keeps experienced guys on their toes but right for a young kid?? Time will tell

I was a season ticket holder at Boston during Evan's rule and I can honestly say Cloudy is spot on with the above, when I read earlier that Dembele had gone to Posh I thought that's not the best place to progress whilst Evans is in charge. Dembele is a very frustrating player and I can imagine loads of foul language from the techinical area.heading Siriki's way,not good for the lads confidence..

I think he could do well at Peterborough next season..

Would liked to have seen what Jolley could have got out of him..

Great business for a player that is all smoke and mirrors.

Good luck to the lad.

In his three stints as Grimsby Town manager spanning over 10 years the club was never relegated and he also guided them to three promotions.
Only 14 managers have reached 1,000 matches in charge of a Football League team by 1998 and Buckley is one of them.

Its if Peterborough sell him on for a profit then a percentage of that will be payable to Town.

No chance if that fat illegitimate Fry has anything to do with it.
Remember the Bennett deal and Fry's intervention just before they sold him to Norwich,
Fry will offer to buy out the sell on clause for a fiver and Fenty will go for it.

Didn't we get the same for Jack Barlow

Could have stayed with us for that but still too lightweight and little end product..........good deal for us.....we move on.

There wasn't much in the way of end product from a fair few of our players.

Hard to say if it’s a good piece of business without knowing what the fee is. Could be £100,000 could be nearly a million. Dembele’s got loads of potential and IMO £100k doesn’t represent good value for us. Certainly not enough to buy a good striker.

Wouldn’t be surprised to see another chunk off the debt in the accounts next May.

Through the door there came familiar laughter,
I saw your face and heard you call my name.
Oh my friend we're older but no wiser,
For in our hearts the dreams are still the same.
