Left us as goalkeeping coach to take the job there and is still doing very well.

Did bloody well to play for another 12/13 years on & off without wearing gloves.

Steve Sherwood...born 10/12/53 , played his last game for Gainsborough Trinity in 98.  Great keeper in his time but a little past it now. All for the former Town connection when it comes to appointing staff but stretching a bit this one

Has wilko left because of that? Who knows. But I'm sure there will be another anytime soon leaving the club having been here for a very very long time.


New gaffers have their own ideas. I was so impressed the way Jolley got a team of no-hopers to believe in themselves. If they can't hack it get out Jolley knows what he wants.
