Well he'd be more use than Kelly that is for sure! Wonder If we could wangle a payoff for kelly to sling his hook and used the remainder to sign Nath.

My view is more often than not one of never go back.

Taking the emotional element out of it, is Arnold a player I think Jolley could work with and utilise? Yes, most definitely. Without doubt he's failed to make an impact at league level but I'd be curious to know why that is, it sure as hell isn't natural ability nor workrate and attitude. I suspect it's psychological, fascinating comment earlier saying he's scared of this level. I get the distinct impression Jolley is the type of man who would look after a player like Arnold and get just returns from him.

I'm probably getting old and soft but I also think a return would be good for Arnold. The lad is struggling with demons and needs to be loved and supported.

I really don't know on this one, hard to separate emotion from the footballing practicality.  I just wish Nathan the best, both personally and professionally.

Great post IMO.

Through the door there came familiar laughter,
I saw your face and heard you call my name.
Oh my friend we're older but no wiser,
For in our hearts the dreams are still the same.

Nathan Arnold would be a great addition to the squad imo .. I'm guessing he won't be returning though but would be against it if he did .

At the end of the day there is no loyalty to clubs by footballers today ( agents) so I have no sympathy to Nathan Arnold at all.

Sorry about this post and I have nothing against Nathan really just agents.
Bad day as I lost my best mate yesterday who sits with me at all the Town matches.
Shouldn't have posted and for what it's worth I also suffer with mental health issues

When Leeds trainer Les Cocker was once told Norman Hunter had broken a leg, he asked: “Whose is it?”

Hi PP. No worries mate, totally understand. Sorry for the loss of your mate. I have a good friend who is in the last stages of cancer and had his treatment stopped so only has hours/days left.

Sometimes life is just sh it.
