Gallimore.

Probably under-appreciated at the time.

Considering the level he played at Galli.

But Croft should be on the list IMO a better footballer than Galli.

Through the door there came familiar laughter,
I saw your face and heard you call my name.
Oh my friend we're older but no wiser,
For in our hearts the dreams are still the same.

In terms of impact within a team, Danny Andrew, as he was clearly the best player in an average team, but Gallimore was a better player.

Definitely under-appreciated at the time, but class compared to everything we’ve had since. Even Barnard, with his international pedigree, wasn’t close for me.

I’ve always wondered what he could’ve achieved in the game had he adopted a less liquid based diet. I reckon he could’ve played in the prem.
