Under Jolley I think we will progress....Lincoln have probably reached their peak under Cowley and could even regress next season. I thought Lincoln had tons of cash from their cup runs. Of course budget isn't everything as Accrington have demonstrated. They apparently had a far smaller playing budget than Chesterfield. That is quite something when you think about where they both ended up!
