So people need to realise its not all black and white. Loads of things to consider especially with a new manager in. Have they a better offer? Are they happy with new daily routine (I've heard a lot are a bit annoyed)? Are they ready for a new challenge? Do they like the area? Do they like the squad / management? Is the money enough for what they feel they deserve? Moat importantly are they and family happy here? The list goes on
