Not a transfer but Slade is clear favourite to become Carlisle manager. I'm actually astounded he's even in the frame for another FL job given how he fared here.

Chesterfield have confirmed the sale of Kristian Dennis to Notts County. The striker has moved to Meadow Lane for an undisclosed fee this afternoon.

The Northern Irishman won the Robins Player of the Month award three times last season as well as the Goal of the Month award on two occasions, appearing at right-back, right-midfield and central midfield across the campaign. He played 50 times in all competitions for the Robins in the 2017-18 season. He previously played for Oldham signing in 2010 and has made over 100 appearances, scoring eight times winning the club’s Young Player of the Season and the Player of the Season award in 2014/15.

Notts County have signed Kristian Dennis for a fee of £150K on an initial two-year deal with the option to extend to three from Chesterfield.  His 2016–17 relegation season from League One saw him score 10 goals in 42 appearances. The 28-year-old striker began his career in the Football League with Macclesfield Town before playing for the likes of Woodley Sports, Mossley and Curzon Ashton. Dennis spent two-years in the National North with Stockport County, scoring 22 goals in 60 league appearances.  He the spent the 2015/16 season on loan from Stockport to National League side Macclesfield and scored 29 goals in 45 appearances in all competitions.

Kellett originally signed from Bolton Wanderers in August 2015 having had loan spells at Manchester United playing numerous times for their U21 side and Plymouth Argyle. Cheltenham Town have signed Tom Smith on a two year deal following his release by Swindon Town, their seventh summer signing of the season >> https://www.gloucestershireliv.....fielder-join-1629589

The 20-year-old midfielder spent the majority of the 2017/18 season on loan at Jerry Gill's Bath City, scoring 11 goals in 30 appearances for the National League South club.  Smith made his debut for hometown team Swindon in April 2015, as a substitute in a League One defeat at Preston North End. He went on to make a total of eight starts and eight substitute appearances for the County Ground club, also appearing for Irish club Waterford in 2017. He had been at Swindon since the age of eight.

Forest Green Rovers have signed Tahvon Campbell on a one-year deal after being released by West Brom. The 21-year-old striker who can play as a winger has returned to the League Two outfit after spending the second half of last season on loan at Rovers.

The 27-year-old striker scored 15 goals in 37 league appearances for the Mansfield while on loan last season as they just missed out on the League Two play-offs.  Hemmings scored 15 times in 54 games for Oxford and previously played for Dundee in 2016–17, scoring 21 goals in 37 appearances in the Scottish Premiership, he also played for Cowdenbeath in 2013–14, scoring 18 goals in 31 appearances in the Scottish Championship having originally started out at Rangers in Scotland.
