centre-back joined Crewe Alexandra in 2009 where he stayed for a season before joining Forest Green Rovers, making over 130 appearances for the Conference side. In February 2015 Stokes joined Coventry until the end of the 2014–15 season, helping Coventry retain their League One status before the completion of his loan. In June 2015, he made a permanent move to Coventry City. He made almost 100 appearances in all competitions and helped them to Checkatrade Trophy success and then get back to League One at the end of the last season via the play-off final at Wembley.

Newport County have signed
Antoine Semenyo on loan from Championship club Bristol City

striker signed his first professional contract at Bristol City in January 2018 before spending a month on loan at National League Southclub Bath City where Semenyo scored
6 goals in 9 appearances before returning to City’s youth set-up. He made his Football League debut on the final day of the 2017–18 season coming off the bench in The Robins 3–2 defeat to Sheffield United.

Giles Coke on a two-year contract, following a successful trial

midfielder came through the youth ranks at QPR before spells with Kingstonian, Mansfield Town and Northampton Town. He signed for Sheffield Wednesday in 2010. He made over 100 appearances in a five-year spell for the Owls, scoring six goals. During his time at Hillsborough, Coke did spend time out on loan with Bury, Swindon Town and Bolton Wanderers. He signed for Championship side Ipswich Town in 2015 before enjoying the latter part of last season with Chesterfield. Coke has played 288 league games and scored 26 goals throughout his career.

Ben Nugent after he turned down a new contract offer from League One club Gillingham

Toumani Diagouraga on a free transfer from League One club Fleetwood Town

defensive midfielder played the first half of last season at Plymouth making 15 appearances with 3 goals. In January 2018 he joined Fleetwood where he played in 17 games scoring 1 goal. Diagouraga made over 200 appearances for the Brentford between 2010–2016 and helped the club secure promotion to the Championship in 2014. He has also played for Peterborough, Brentford and Plymouth and Leeds United.

Tranmere Rovers have re-signed
Zoumana Bakayogo on a one-year contract

left-back returns for a second spell at Tranmere after first moving to Rovers from France in 2009. He went on to make almost 150 appearances for Tranmere and was named Player of the Season in 2012–13, with his form earning him a move to Leicester City for two seasons but didn't make any league appearances before joining Crewe Alexandra for the last three seasons. Last season he played 36 times for Crewe.
