That's how football works isn't it. Couldn't blame him for taking the next step up. Make the move up while your stock's high 'cos if they struggle to midtable next season he might not get opportunities like this again.

Can't stand Ipswich Town - I have lived here 40 years this year and have only been inside Portman Road 4 times - 3 to see Town and once with the Willem II fans for a friendly, but I wouldn't wish Hurst on them.

If he does come (and its more possible now Mowbray has definitely ruled himself out) I might see him in the street and I can cup my ear at the little excrement so maybe not all bad
