To the two brothers who sat below me in the pontoon yesterday row J seat 8/9, my daughter landed on one of the poor lads when I threw her up in the air when town scored the winner in injury time, what a moment that was. 😎

Apology accepted.

I’d like to apologise to the team because I got up in a bit of a huff when we conceded and stormed down to the front of the Upper and stood at the front like a grumpy twit shaking my head and tutting.

When the goal went in me and my mate ran in opposite directions like Mourinho did at Old Trafford when he was Porto manager down the front hugging strangers before meeting each other in front of the directors box and jumping on top of each other. Safe to say both sets of clothes needed a wash but we haven’t celebrated like that since Bogle’s second at Wembley.

I thought this thread was Swin's first attempt at building bridges with Mr Jolley...

I'd like to apologies to all my neighbours. Got back from our game at Auchinleck Talbot at just gone 4.30pm so watching the BBC videprinter with my son. On 90 minutes it was utter dejection, as I assume it was for all bar 1600 County fans at BP yesterday. I was even more morose than a hybrid Morrisey / Leonard Cohen.

On 93 minutes when the scoreline showed 2-1 I let rip with the loudest of expletives "F***ing yes. F***ing yes" Get f***ing in there!" My wife came running in through the back garden to say that the neighbours in the street adjoining me could hear everything, I was a 64 year old man, and really ought to know better. "F***ing yes" I scream again at the top of my voice, "I couldn't give a monkey's f**k", she just didn't understand. Was probably nearer to a coronary than ever before come 4.46pm yesterday!

No attempt at ethical or social seduction can eradicate from my heart a deep burning hatred of the Tory party. So far as I'm concerned they're lower than vermin. Aneurin Bevan.

Oh no he hasn't.

I posted a couple of days ago accepting I was wrong about Town avoiding relegation under Jolley and eating humble pie but I also pointed out that we may also have avoided relegation under Slade (we will never know) or under the experienced manager I would have preferred to Jolley.(we will never know that either)

I also said I would withhold judgement on Jolley until I saw what he did next season and that I did not share every buggers bottom-licking adoration of him and promoting him to God-like status after he had won just a few games courtesy of penalties

I was as usual heavily slagged off (despite my admitting I was wrong) so intercourse you all.

You wouldn't have it any other way Swin.

Through the door there came familiar laughter,
I saw your face and heard you call my name.
Oh my friend we're older but no wiser,
For in our hearts the dreams are still the same.
