Why talk about Jack Lester on the coaching staff ? Enough has been said about ex players coming back eg Wilko. What Jolley wants Jolley will get .

So the team that may finish 3rd or 4th from bottom (at best) would take a coach from the club that may well finish bottom....recipe for success that

My point wasn't so much that he's an ex player but that he has a good relationship with Jolley

Good coaches don't always make good managers (Sammy Lee, Brian Kidd, Mike Phelan etc). He was massively rated as a coach at Forrest
