I couldn't help but be flabbergasted (yet again) with the weakness of our squad. Look at the options on the bench and there was pretty much nothing there - no pace, no height, no great strength, no great attacking threat. If we do stay up (still very much a big if for me), it will be because other teams are worse than us.

I'm worried because Barnet look to have some threatening players who are capable of something (even if they generally don't manage it) and I can see them winning a couple of their remaining games. I can't see us getting more than a point which wouldn't be enough.

Credit today to Clifton who did extremely well to set up the chance for the penalty with some good skill. He looks a proper footballer to me, one who I hope will play a good part next season regardless of where we end up.

If ever we needed a streaky win from somewhere the next couple of games are the time.

We could lose all our remaining games and stay up.

Barnet to stay up need to win two games from their last 3.

As long as Barnet don't beat Morecambe we are safe.

Newport should beat them

Couple of people have said we scored from open play, we didn't. A corner and a penalty are not open play. Cardwell had 2 very presentable chances and fluffed both.

Podge will save us. Barnet do have the easier games though. I've been saying for ages that it will go to the last game, it's written in the stars. All we had to do was play well for 45 mins today and we'd be safe.
