Players already for next season


Keepers - none   need imporving on current

Defence -  Paul Dixon - oh dear

Midfield -  Mitch Rose(Not a disaster). Sam Kelly(oh dear).

Non scoring forwards - Harry Cardwell(there is promise), Hooper(needs something to motivate him.

Thats it, no more signed up and looks like Mr Jolley has nearly a blank canvas to work with barring 1 or 2 deadweights.

I think realistically it will be taugh to put a promotion squad together on such a drastic scale but at least it will be his own team. we should know more by Christmas

Barring Mkeown and Dembele do any of them deserve a contract? for me its a no. Plus i was under the impression Dembele's extra year had been triggered.

I would sign Fox, one of either Mills or Hall-Johnson, would trigger Dembele's extension and obviously sign McKeown. I would potentially offer a renewal to Summerfield depending on what he's earning and how much he would be expecting to earn. Wouldn't be surprised to see Vernam sign on a season long loan given Jolley's comments on him and the fact he's a local lad, think he'd be decent in a better team.

The rest can all leave and I would try to offload Dixon and Kelly at the very least.

I actually think there a player somewhere in Sam Kelly. He reminds me of a Paddy McLaughlin type-player. Good technically but struggles with the pace and physicality of the game. In the right system with the right balance of players around him I think he could be an asset.
