By the time we kick off against Barnet next week, Chesterfield will have played twice.

They play Morecambe (a) on Tuesday night and have a 1pm KO on Saturday at home to Mansfield.

Like all of the bottom Barnet don't travel well and won't bring many.

First job - Pack the park again!

Second Job - Stop Akinde cheating to win a penalty

Third Job - Early goal

The it just might be our day again

Barnet is a critical game now. Winning today means it’a possible but not likely that Chesterfield will catch us with their games in hand. Next week we can effectively ensure Barnet will finish below us. We might also have a chance to secure finishing above FGR on the last day - although I’m hoping we’ll have safety assured this time in two weeks because I don’t fancy us to get a lot out of Notts County and I certainly don’t want it to go to the last day!

Imagine Chesterfield losing both games.. How nice will that feel going into the Barnet game.. I am very positive usually but can see a 0 0 draw here. Which to me, if Chesterfield do lose them both should be enough.

Aren't Mansfield on a terrible run at the moment. Bottom of the last 6 games table and it's a local Derby

Mansfield I think will come good again against Chesterfield, Barnet will be difficult because of Mad Dog`s management,

Grimsby will be a hard game for them because their new manager has got them to believe in themselves enough to win comfortably against also desperate Chesterfield.

Have to say as a purely biased Mariner its the wrong time to come here with any confidence of a win UTM

If the club aren’t sat there right now thinking about how to fill the ground this Saturday, they don’t deserve their jobs.

Barnet have a terrible record up here, they never fancy it, never bring more than 100.

Stick them in the corner and get the Osmond filled with town fans.

Just what we said on the way home yesterday. Stick their meager few in the corner and give a load of tickets away to anyone that wants them.

Spot on,

£5 to fill the Osmond with partisan Town fans , singing coming from all stands they won't t stand a chance, if the Osmond isn't opened up to Town fans the club is more rotten than we think.

Who ever knows Fenty on here, there needs to be action on opening up the Osmond starting Monday morning, get it on look north, radio and papers. put posters up, just flipping do something, we need to build on that win against Chesterfield build on the support that is growing don't let it pass you by like in previous seasons, PACK THE PARK. Shove the 100 Barnet fans in the corner, intercourse em, we'll have the rest of the Osmond.

Supporting the Mighty Mariners for over 30 years, home town club is were the heart and soul is and it's great to be a part of it.
