We could use the fact that a pile of sh*te like Chesterfield played Notts County off the park today, as motivation for us to do the same on Saturday.

Fenty needs to start waving money at the players, that's the sort of motivation they'll buy into, £20k each if we stay up, it will cost him a lot more if we go down.

Well, why the hell not? These are just crazy times for the club, why not throw some more crazy stuff in there, an untried but promising striker who'd more than likely add to the craziness by scoring the goals to win us a game.
Last week all 3 of our loan strikers were out injured, leaving us with Vernon, Hooper and Matt. Had Akheem been available would anyone have asked why, had he been named in the squad?
It ain't happening however, so maybe it should be taken as a slightly tongue in cheek comment/ desperate call for help.
