We don't want all the younger players turned into a Darren Mansaram.  Had to carry a lot of pressure when we were down the bottom of the league with Paul Groves as manager.  Had the confidence drained out of him and his career never recovered.

I don't think Doncaster have a reserves side. According to their site they have a 1st team squad and an under 18s. Today's side was classed as a Development team.

Put them in, prove a point in my opinion its best to get put in the deep end no matter what job your in, these lads want to progress in life just like us.

Neither are anywhere near good enough even for our shockingly awful side?

Both will be on their way at the end of the season and I would bet will never play a FL game
