From the BBC match report, Vale were much the better side, but couldn't get the ball in the net. Exeter sound like they rode their luck, the type you seem to get when you are at the top end.

They're still better off us than though arent they ? Points & goal difference ...they are effectively 2 points better off than us and have only lost 1 in their last 5 games....if they are in some bother then WTF are we ?

They sound about the same as us. Losing 1-0 at home and also incapable of beating Town. They've managed a few draws, that will soon stop if the goals dry up. They have Chesterfield soon, that will be the test, as it will for us.
