It took 70 years to get them a proper memorial in Lincolnshire, shameful.
When you see a bunch of tossers at Lincoln city us the name 617 squadron for a chavvy football crew it makes my blood boil, flipping male masturbators.

If you're talking about the one at the top of Canwick Hill, yes it's taken too long.
But Lincolnshire Towns and Villages are absolutely littered (if that's the right term) with hidden memorial gems.
Some I've found by accident, some I've been told about. All are worth standing in front of for a few minutes.
