I'm not too worried by that to be honest, I'm quite confident he has a clear plan of how he wants to go about the game and that probably isn't going to involve a lot of flare- win at all costs approach

442 with RHJ on the wing?

Time for Cardwell to step up and prove he’s good enough.

And it’s a big nod to Clifton’s ability if MJ trusts him enough already in a central 2.

Think thread title is abit harsh tbf.

Quite happy to trust and give Jolley the benefit here. He clearly has a better understanding of what he’s doing than previous managers.

I’m pretty sure Clifton is in the centre though, that’s about all we can make out other than we are playing at least two centre backs!

Woolford and Vernon back in the team/squad is what shudders me...when i popped the title in i was puzzling over there being 3 full backs in the starting 11 and how that might be deployed....as Davies was deployed in a couple of positions last week i wonder if he will actually be in front of RHJ ...i think RHJ should be the further forward to exploit Lincolns narrow shape.

guess we will see.
