How many years is it since we have been without a chairman ?

John Fenty does not want it I do not know if Philip Day does,

BUT

Mr Day comes across as a nice man who is intelligent and well spoken,

So I was thinking should we let him know we would be behind him if he took the role,

The clubs PR  would certainly be improved if he was the spokeman,

Please tick this post if you agree or x it if you dont.

Fenty has the largest chunk of shares, he effectively retains control and acts as chairman in every way.

IMO Fenty does not want anyone around him that may go against anything he wants to happen. he is a controll freak, and that has been his and the clubs downfall

JF is de facto Chairman. Doesn't matter whether he calls himself Chairman or not.

I wish they would appoint a football man to the board like Buckley to help and advise.

Fenty was very upset when I called him a control freak,

BUT

We all know he is otherwise he would let other better qualified with PR speak for the club,

Anyway I know that Fenty will not allow it to happen I was asking your view what would you like rather than what we know Fenty will do.

Would there be any point Pete? As long as JF is major shareholder, anyone else would just be seen as his mouthpiece anyway.

What was the rationale in deciding to step down as chairman? Did he think that would take the heat off him somewhat?

One thing I would like to know is where is the Chief Executive? Do we still have one?

The press conference looked a bit sparse yesterday, couldn't we have mustered more of a welcoming party for the new manager?
