Like this post if you are happy with Jolley’s appointment, cross if you aren’t. Whilst there seems to have been a positive reaction it would be interesting to see if that’s representative of the board as a whole. Personally, I think it’s a sensible appointment.

Management is a results business, for the sake of the club I want him to succeed as I would any manager, what I have seen of him so far seems he will take us in the right direction so I am a solid 5/7 pleased with his appointment.

I'm optimistic but pretty cautious. He's got great coaching credentials but virtually no management experience. It's exciting as it's a very different type of appointment but it is a real step into the unknown.
