What the bloody hell do they say in there. If it's let's play crap and urine the fans off again then it's doing a great job.

If they're trying to get players motivated, play well and win a game, then please bloody stop doing it, cos it ain't working!

Before Slade went I thought that they must say “come on lads, if we play badly again he might not be in charge next week” but now they must ask what they’re having for tea or something.

You would think seeing a packed away end after 12 games without a win they would be motivated enough to do their best and also if they had an ounce of gratitude to Wilko? It seems neither were suffice to get them up for it I won`t blame all the players but clearly some of those in the squad are stealing a wage.

It does get my goat as well. All this huddling canoodling and hugging achieves absolutely sodomist all. Teams do it that are about 50 points from safety for heavens sake.

It is just a meaningless ritual and I for one would wish for all that to be done in the dressing room and use the minute or two before kick off to concentrate on the job in hand.

When I played, I remember most mangers giving us run down on the opposition, then telling us how he wanted us to play before we left the dressing room and then before we went out usually a little routine to get us warmed up and in the right mind set for the game.

Not just football but also Rugby were the manager got us in a circle and more or less got us shouting at each other and stamping our boots on the dressing room floor, we certainly went out fired up and the opposition told us afterwards, they thought we were going to come in their dressing room and start fighting, their reaction was they were scared and ended up not playing to their strengths, the result was just beat a side we should in reality had no chance against.

Supporting the Mighty Mariners for over 30 years, home town club is were the heart and soul is and it's great to be a part of it.

Jesus’ disciple Peter, picked up a fish to get the tribute money from it, Jesus left his thumb print on the fish, bless'ed is the Haddock.
