Don't understand why Clifton can't get anywhere near the team. When Slade did that presentation he was right up the top as fittest lad in the squad.

He hardly looks a lightweight does he. Definitely a comparable size to any of our midfielders.

It doesn't matter how much distance you cover if you're not getting the ball or influencing the game.

Obviously I agree with that point Maringer, but that logic applied to our current situation suggests that  the positive influence our current Midfielders are having on performances is keeping him out of the 18.
