In his three stints as Grimsby Town manager spanning over 10 years the club was never relegated and he also guided them to three promotions.
Only 14 managers have reached 1,000 matches in charge of a Football League team by 1998 and Buckley is one of them.

That's goal-line technology, which most people, I think, totally agree with now and the decisions are made instantly. The VAR as seen in the Liverpool v West Brom game is a totally different animal.

Would people be saying the same about VAR if a goal was wrongly given in a promotion final?

Even goal line technology had its teething problems at the start.

I can't remember any problems with goalline technology? Not in this country anyway. It's black and white.

I’m all for goal line technology because it’s black and white and instant, everything VAR controls is mainly opinion and there are so many grey areas, it also takes far too long and kills the flow of the game/atmosphere.
