I was tempted with Ferguson for his shoot them comment but that thoroughly stupid response shouldn't detract from the fact that he legitimately  questions a system where the F.A. EFL  continue to rely on part time officials in a 21st century professional set up. So the people who are responsible for the criteria for appointing referees get my vote.
