Ok your figures are wrong In the 2011 census (the most recent) 86% of people identified as "White" so I suppose you can assume the BAME population makes up the other 14% However the Rooney rule is ridiculous, surely there's only so many times John Barnes, Paul Ince, Marcus Bignot etc want to be interviewed for a job they're not going to get Panic on the streets of Carlisle, Dublin, Dundee, Humberside
