But, maybe some players don't want to play for him? Or us (like Osborne)? Or Fenty? We are hardly an appealing attraction.

We need to sack him tonight although we all know we will be seeing his tripe served up come Saturday afternoon.

This season is a write off whether Slade stays or goes. Forget about sorting this out in the January window I don't think it's possible. I also think the chance of us going down is fairly remote as we should be able to just about grind out enough points.

Personally I'd sack him now spend a few months finding a suitable replacement and start afresh in the summer. Yes we'll still have the likes of Dixon, Hooper and Kelly but most of the squad are out of contract and we can have a (mostly) clean sweep.

There`s a  saying "Better the devil you know" keep Slade and Wilko till either the end of the season and see where we finish,  or if things look to be getting serious before.
Spend the money on players

All those saying keep Slade but add some quality players during this transfer window do you have any faith in him signing anyone decent?

He signed Hooper as his main striker giving him the no. 9 shirt and now what is he 2nd or 3rd choice substitute if he's lucky.

Watching that today was depressing (as well as expensive over £100 train fare and admission for me and the other half).

Just listened to his after match interview, he's frigging delusional.

I agree with you Swansea Mariner. Write off this season and take time to get the right person in. Then he will have the time to asses the squad.

Your all talking about sacking Slade but look where he has been at really championship finished just outside the play offs with Cardiff, won two managers of the year in league one, his teams 8/10 get in the play offs maybe not in his first season but that second season is were sladey shines, let’s get behind the lads for god sake UTM !!
