Yeah we're doing really terribly and if we'd stuck with Bignot we'd be flying high at the top after thrashing Luton in their own back yard.

Slade is an average manager and has been a bit of a prick regarding the Matt Dean incident. But we're not a million miles away from being a play off standard side. He's a safe pair of hands and we're much better off with him than the clown we had in place this time last year.

Bignot  was a 100% clown, and Slade at best is very average.  Mid table beckons, we need to show a bit more ambition soon.......

Why the hell would you want him to resign? He’s been here just over half a year and we’re not doing too bad.

And how do we fund that ambition exactly? As it stands in EFL terms we're a small mid table type club and have been for a long time before Slade arrived.

2 months ago I'd agree that he's not what I'd like as a manager here as his style was dreadful.. The past 5 or 6 games have been so much better. So for me aslong as he continues with the more recent style I'm happy for him to stay. I think the message was good. He could have just not bothered or tried to kiss bottom but he didn't.
