Thought this deserved a thread.

In light of all the negativity off the pitch and the club getting getting 'pilloried' so much, today I experienced something that they have got very right.

Took the kids down the club shop today for the crafts on offer, tree decorations and stone painting.

Have to say it exceeded all expectations. Really well prepared, really well run and could not have been made more welcomed by all staff in the club shop. Kids delighted and one extra fan gained as even the football hating wife said it made her feel as though the club should be supported (bless her she doesn't know about all the other stuff).

Anyway, big well done to all involved in organising and running this. Shows some things can get done right.

Obviously JF had nothing to do with organising this

Seriously though.....well done GTFC.

I've never had any issues with the lady's in the club shop or ticket office, they've always given good service.

Agree with that.

Through the door there came familiar laughter,
I saw your face and heard you call my name.
Oh my friend we're older but no wiser,
For in our hearts the dreams are still the same.

Anytime I've ever been into the club shop I've always received great customer service, nice to see this is still the case.
