Murray Jones never lived up to the hype and tbh I could never see him as a Buckley style player

I remember having high hopes for Iain Anderson.

Thought he was that bloke who stood on one leg and played the flute - or did he just play football like that?

The winner though hands down Martin Butler what a failure he cost the best Manager we have ever had not only his job but part of his reputation. Also the knock on effects of the Butler fiasco contributed massively to us eventually dropping out the league. He embodies everything that is wrong in a modern footballer and I hope Santa sh1ts down his chimney.

Always a weird situation that was. If he was going to commute and it was such a problem he shouldn't have signed in the first place but it seemed like we bent over backwards to give him a contract he couldn't refuse. He didn't want to move any closer or compromise but he wanted the money. We should have just got rid when he was on loan and saw that he couldn't turn up to train.

How about Michal Buscher, poor sodomist never made the first team after signing, sure he got rave reviews in the scottish premiership.

Were people expecting Brodie to be good? I know he'd had one good season for York but every time he'd played against us he'd been garbage. And so he proved to be.

I do remember complaining that we'd signed that little chav and people on here defending him at least  . "But he's a proven goalscorer we should give him a chance!" He's also been a massive helmet every time he played against us so no.

The equivalent now would be signing Harry Pell since he's been at Cheltenham.

Go go male private and Don. Hmmmm

Through the door there came familiar laughter,
I saw your face and heard you call my name.
Oh my friend we're older but no wiser,
For in our hearts the dreams are still the same.
