What I'm mostly looking at is get someone young in, someone who knows the modern game and has a bit of hunger about them. Maybe look at a coach from the likes of Germany. Hiring the same old managers on the merrygo round that is English football sackings doesn't get clubs anywhere. I don't mind Roy Keane making £60,000 a week. I was making the same when I was playing. Just remember that Social Media got Trump elected and Brexit moving. Think that some of the stupid stuff on this site is a candidate to match those regrettable choices. Get off Slade's back and give the management team a chance for Gods sake, or he will have to come down and save everyone.

I'm gonna throw out Marcus Newall anyone? I know it's a few steps up but he has done a first class job there (Vase final and promotion).
