It's so desperately frustrating to see half the starting 11 being seemingly good players and the other half being absolutely flipping diabolical.

The consistency throughout the squad will ring true for the season I suspect.

We are deffo the better team, Jones and Matt causing them a few problems, but yet again a sloppy 5 yard pass (Woolford I think) in midfield has us chasing back and the half clearance straight to the feet of an unmarked player 3 yrds out the box and bang a cracking strike into the corner. Jones is looking like he is trying for a 2nd yellow though.

poor  spectacle really...two teams trying their best to give the ball to the opposition .
our midfield duo seem to have been restricted to no further than the half way line ....bit of a gap between them and the front pair.
Frustrating to watch as with another 10% drive and effort we should have the 3 points sealed.
Give me a flying winger and take the leash off one of the centre mids

Can only say very well done. A very good week for us.  This is a results business.  (I could not go today).

We still have the potential to improve (with a slight risk to leak more silly goals).

Defence played well today, midfield also pretty good (best I've seen the Berrett-Summerfield axis perform) but the forwards didn't manage to achieve too much in difficult conditions and with a referee happy for them to wrestle Matt to the ground much of the time the ball came his way. Woolford a very clever player which was helpful as Dembele was well off his game.

Kelly didn't do anything at all when he came on. Nothing.

Amazing to see what can be achieved when they all work hard and play a bit more intelligently, isn't it? More of this please, Slades.

Thoroughly enjoyed watching that on Follow this evening. Very pleased, we played like an organised unit, no threats from Yeovil really after their goal and we ran deserved winners - settled is the word for me.

Overall we were the better team, we still give the ball away far too often but on a good note some of the passing today was a lot better with some good link up play. Just wish Dembele had hit it first time, this lad deserves a goal.
