Steve O'Dare, a twerp with far too much time on his hands.

Likes to evoke a reaction, thinks he is clever.

Hated in Skegness for being the councillor that was mostly responsible for selling off a local sports field to Premier Inn.

Looks like he thinks he is a bit of a local celeb
