Mb has said one of the reason he was sacked was because standards had slipped at the club ...... bloody hell .... What ? Worse than the pitch ? Worse than the toilets in the findus , worse than the club's pr ? Worse than the selection of food in the ground ?  I could go on

Well the football was sh1t, the big players where in mutiny mode and all set to jump ship, the wage bill too high and MB made a tw@t of himself in the press on a daily basis, apart from that standards where at there usual GTFC level.

He said he has "had no media training " if that's the case why put yourself out there to every possible interview request? Talk about self harming!

Media training means revealing nothing in a lot of words.  

We don't know the truth of what went on behind the scenes but I did form the impression that MB used his interviews as a way of communicating with the players and that is always a dodgy policy.

Yep, having a go at Bignot for non-media skills is ridiculous given the ongoing series of gaffs given by the non-chairman since forever.
Still, the stick to beat Bignot with must be made larger as the Fishy feeding  frenzy gathers pace.

I still feel MB was hung out to dry. We took him from a cushy job and gave him the keys to the sweet shop, then let him run riot and crash and burn. He seems to have had no guidance and was working under the illusion that he was here for the long haul. It almost feels like he was left the keys to the house while the parents were on holiday and they were surprised when he had a massive party, invited all his friends, raided the drinks cabinet and trashed the place. Now we have to pay by securing the services of a boring schoolteacher to restore normality. The board are culpable in all this.
