Hi guys, hope this is ok to post in here. On the 26th of November I'll be taking part in a charity boxing match. I have never boxed before so this will be an entirely new experience for me.
I'm raising money for cancer research if any of you guys would like to support me please donate through the Just giving link attached. Tickets are also available for the event if anyone fancies coming down to watch.

Good luck With the fitness regime Dale, i boxed a few years ago competing all over the country for the Royal Navy and the Grimsby Amateur boxing club, it's a hard slog getting fit mate especially within 9  weeks, there is no comparison to actually competing (sparring is the nearest you'll get to it I suppose) but you wait till that first bell goes you'll feel like your carrying lumps of lead as arms  . My advice is keep busy keep your punches straight and don't swing, Plenty of head movement with your hands up and your opponent won't have a clue how to deal with it.

Good luck and let us know how you get on.

Hi guys, I have 4 sponsorship opportunities at a donation of £50 each. This will get your company logo printed onto my fight vest for the fight and also the company will be announced on the night as my sponsor. If anyone out there would like to do this please feel free to contact via pm. This is for a great cause hope some of you guys can get behind me and help me reach my target. Cheers
