Currently with Halifax, but I don't like them.

Anybody got any suggestions of who I should switch too?

Been with Nationwide for a few years now (switched from Santander).
Never had any issues with them, if I've needed to contact them it's been easy enough - if you use Twitter they answer queries fairly quickly on there , or if I've had to phone them it's not been a hassle.
Free European travel insurance with their Flex account.
Internet banking easy to use and their mobile app works well.

If you have any friends that are already with them, I think they're currently doing an offer where you both get some cash if they recommend you to switch to them.
*edit* it's £100 each http://www.nationwide.co.uk/products/current-accounts/our-current-accounts/recommend-a-friend-tab

Natwest. Their reward system is great for household bills being paid by DD.

Don't go with HSBC if you live in Cleethorpes - the branch there closed yesterday! I'm old enough to remember setting up an account at the old Midland Bank in that building as a kid getting some sort of a piggy moneybox as a 'reward'! The fact that I had to go to the Grimsby branch to talk about a remortgage last year was just daft when the branch was still there and that's why I went with Nationwide.

Nationwide, online banking at its best.

Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime. Promise a man someone else's fish and he votes Labour.

I'm happy with nationwide. Great deal on paid account, perks that are well worth it. Travel insurance, extended warranty, mobile cover, free withdrawals abroad and food interest up to 3k for £10 a month.

I have that account, get breakdown cover too.
Had to use the mobile insurance the other month, really impressed with how quickly it was sorted.

I've been with The Halifax for years, never had a problem with them.
