Out of our hands sadly. We could have done it via the Trust shop but it wouldn't have been as transparent and would have been more work. The investment by the Mullen family will not be subject to the 6%.
Really good initiative. Plenty of decent stuff for fans to buy, and although the 6% thing is a bit painful, I think the effect of having transparency & a clear running total will more than compensate. Much more chance of this snowballing if people can see it's going well. I'll be nagging my parents to get involved.
And a special mention to the Mullens. They may have enjoyed some great fortune recently but £20k is still a huge amount to simply hand over. Top stuff all round.

The Trust doesn't get the money until the campaign is completed in 8 weeks time. As a result none of the rewards will be available until then.

I have spread the word to my Norwegian friends through my Facebook page and hope you will get some more money from abroad. The reaction to our playoff defeat could have been VERY different and stuff like this together with the signing of key players has ensured a defeat has created something really positive for the club.

I've hardly got an ounce of work done all day. Since I made my donation at about 10am I have been captivated by the promotion appeal. I've just been hitting the refresh button every few minutes and chuckling to myself about how well this is going.
Simply group together a wide range of items from the club shop: t-shirts, clocks, towels, key rings etc. and make some effort to package it together so it feels more official. Easy win as all the stuff is already at the club shop. Bit of a mark up on normal prices, maybe several different price level packages.
I realise all the stuff is already available for sale but I think seeing it listed on the crowd funding page would tempt a few people that wouldn't have otherwise considered it.
If it is easy to do it may be worth doing when you all get a moment to catch your collective breath though. It may convince a few if they see what's on offer.

Good to see the club are using crowd funding. It baffled me why it hasn't been done before. I haven't donated yet but 60 days gives me plenty of time and I will.
I still believe that the Trust should look into contacting local breweries and putting on local Real Ales in the bars on match days and contacting local butchers to come up with some proper Lincolnshire sausages and sausage rolls instead of the crap plastic ones on sale at the moment. The same could be done for pies and burgers. And the buns to boot! Sack off the walkers crisps (let Leicester City sell them) and get some Pipers in. In exchange, they get a extra business a small advert by the kiosk where they are sold to show where the butcher/baker is, we get happy fans the community talk about us, people come to the ground spend money, maybe the butcher can employ a new member of staff. Community gets one person off the dole, Grimsby and Lincolnshire become more prosperous...

Know it has been said by just about everyone but boy I could not be more proud to be a Mariner than today! Thought we would get there but never this quickly. And there are more than a few pepole who are just waiting for paydays to put it up. Always knew we had great fans who love their club but this is just showing how much we all care!

It's all part of the fun. I'm chuffed to bits with the campaign, seeing the local 'rivals' certify their obsession with us with a large thread about our campaign, seeing them trample all over their pitch watching some 80's pop stars with pork pie hats raise £25,000 and we're halfway to that, pitch intact. Remembering their mockery of Grimsby in their local rag as being 'Skint'....it's obvious which set of fans truly care about their club and will help in the effort to get back to the League. This is why my Lincoln born son is a Mariner, and proud of it.

No doubt. However, not everyone will have had a chance to read it yet, some will be waiting to get paid still and others might pledge more in the future. Plus I think I read somewhere about the chance of corporate packages for businesses to get involved with hopefully in the near future. There's only been just over 300 backers so far, if even half of the people who regularly attend games were to put in even a fiver then it would add up very quickly. Personally I don't think £40K is unrealistic given the extent of the good feeling around the club at the minute and the fact we've managed to get over £16K in 8 hours. Even in the time it's taken me to write these fives lines the pot has risen by £30! Imagine if we were to get a really good couple of signings this week, the buzz would be incredible.

OUR clubs fans never cease to amaze me. Biased or not we have the greatest set of supporters in the land bar none!!! £21,000 in ONE day is simply outstanding. Unfortunately I haven't been able to donate yet due to personal circumstances but I will as soon as it is feasible to do so. It might only be a few ££'s but I want to do my part.

Back to #operationpromotion, it's worth pointing out that at least 10 of the items on offer have completely sold out. All the mugs, t-shirts, tours with Lloyd Griffith, the Wayne Burnett posters, the place in the squad to name a few. Looking forward to see what else will be made available as I'm sure there will be plenty of people who've already pledged that will get involved again. Simply brilliant.

Yep we need more items to buy. After already donating, the misses will chew me right out if I don't have something to show for the next time I pledge haha. So far I've done 30 for the transfer budget.. She didn't understand, then after reading some of the donations and it being payday I put in another 20, which I informed her I'd become a member of the trust lol... Need something to show next time or she might twig on. Amazing effort today!!
Now it's already a big success it becomes infectious and people want to be a part of it - just need to keep publicising amd pushing it. Need a big splash in the GET, a piece on Humberside, Look North etc Great story for them - fans rally behind club etc. And of course, like Chris said tell friends and family about it. Phoned my Dad earlier who used to go regularly but now quite infrequently and he's put £50 in because he was so impressed with what has been achieved already.

I'm thinking of auctioning my unworn, fully signed, 2006 Nike Shirt, size XXL and donating all proceeds to Op Promotion. Does anyone think it will make any money?

Could we do an Operation Promotion "Tour" tee-shirt? All the league fixtures (obviously when released) on the back like you'd get at a gig, Op Promo stuff on the front. I saw some Bristol Rovers fans with one from this season at Wembley. Might shift a few of them.

On a more serious note.. My knowledge of lower league footballers wages is poor.. How much is a decent player on per week at this level.. Grimsby Standard / Full time pro? So how much money raised will be needed to sign 2 players for 52 weeks for example...

The Mullens will match up to a total of £20,000. A fantastic act, especially after all they have done already this season! Pledged £30 for a tee shirt and 1 years trust membership and will put in a bit more in a week or two. Amazing what this town can do when it pulls together. I was thinking that they would get some sort of guided tour, part history (maybe some viking history to tempt the scandinavian countries) and part football club where they will be able to meet the board (who in turn will attempt to make them buy into the club some more while they`re there). Just a thought!

It is a sensible suggestion but they did a limited amount so the team photo doesn't take three days. Three signed shirts too with more rewards to come.

If everyone gets on the photo or has a pre meal lunch in the boardroom etc , it sort of devalues the product .?
Still amazed at the amount raised on day one. I am very proud just to have been a part of it and donated some money.
While the bonuses avliable are nice and cool, the main bonus for me is being a part of something so amazing. To any one reading who cannot afford much to contribute I encourage you if at all possible to chuck even just a quid donation in there. It may only be small amount but as everyone has said a lot of small amounts add up to a large amount. And people giving what they can in any circumstance is so valuable.
Mostly though I suggest that just to feel a part of it. I feel more connected to Town now in than at any point in the past, and the positivity that we can do this!

That's the reason why we did this as a crowdfunding scheme, because some people (myself included) wanted to donate and get something back to show we did. Hopefully people will wear their shirts at a match or use the mug at work and we'll know we took part in something special.
We're adding more rewards today and tomorrow and then every few days after that. Suffice to say the response so far has exceeded expectations and we're having to bring some of our plans forward a bit!

Tbf much speculation over what it could be used for but in the run in for the end of the transfer window we could buy a solid RB, or CB, or striker - if those positions were not already filled. My opinion would be to sign a quality striker with the cash, as Hurst has a great eye for defenders. With that sort of money we could afford a 20+ goal a season striker.

#fiftybyfriday is well on course. If we can hit 50 by this week then I fully expect us to hit 100k in total (with the 20k from the Mullen's and 5k from the trust). This is truly amazing and will be massive for the club. 2 top strikers which should and could sign the extra bit of quality to get us out of this league. In Generations to come when we are all long gone the fans of this club will look back to us as the fans who would never give up and got the club back into the football league.

I remember saying on the original £100 pledge thread that on average everyone who went to Wembley probably spent £100 on that weekend and if they had all given that amount directly to the club, it would mean £1.5m. It certainly seems feasible to get well over £100k. We need the Shop to do a viral video to promote it - oh, hang on, we don't have a Shop anymore....

£35k raised minus the 6% crowdfunder charge = £32,900 Minus any costs for tshirts, dvds, mugs, etc etc (this could be anything up to 40%?) = £19,740 Plus the Trust's £5k = £24,740 Plus the Mullens £20k - £44,470
Now without sounding negative, people are saying we have £65k to spend, but by my rekoning with haven't.... I believe what we raised, we will be looking to take off nearly half for the fees, merchandise costs etc.
This being the case, we need to raise along the lines of £100k to enable us to have around the £70k mark..... am I right?
Therefore, keep going everyone.

Then on top of that, we get the trust money and Mullens money.
So for round figures, I believe if we were to raise £75k through the fans, we would basically be given £48,750 + £5k (trust) + £20k (Mullens) = £73,750

Think you are being unneccesarily pessimistic and cost will be nowhere near the percentage you suggest. Lots of things will have been donated, like the numberous Trust membership packages

Economies of scale. They're not buying one shirt at a time, they'll be shipping all the shirts together which will save. Same with the mugs. Plus putting in large orders e.g buying one shirt from a producer might cost £8 but they'd do a deal where you can get 100 shirts for £5 a shirt. Also there's no way that they're paying £4 to have a mug produced, you can buy mugs from a shop cheaper than that. I would hazard a guess that costs are around 20%.

The costs for much of the things will be zero. Take for example the squad number for £2500 or the team photo for £100 each. No cost whatsoever. I doubt whether the mugs will have cost much more than a quid each, the lapel badges? 50p/£1

Just reading the season ticket thread and thought maybe another incentive could be a season ticket which includes some add ons, whether it be a programme, pass for McMenemys or something similar??

In the past year or two, ST holders have been given a sheet of various offers which included vouchers for reduced-price entrance to some games. I don't remember if they ran the same offers last year but they certainly did in recent times.
Hopefully, this will continue as it is a nice bonus and I've used one or two of them to get cheaper tickets for friends/family.

Just to clarify some other points raised:
* The comments about the 'urine up' on Twitter - no money raised will be going towards that. A couple of people thought it might be fun for those who have taken part/donated/pledged to have a celebratory beer at the end of the 8-week period. If people want to get involved they pay their own way (and I'm open to anyone buying me a beer!)
* Comments about cost taking up "30-40%" of money raised are miles and miles out. The vast majority of items either don't have a cost at all or very low. Some (like the shirts and mugs) have a small cost. To clarify, yes some costs will be taken off but nothing at all like 40%

That describes me I will certainly donate £100.00 but not online.

Still plenty of miles in this and several folk I know are on holiday so when they return they will pledge also if there are lots of good items still to be made available, people will pledge again. I think we will hit 75k with the trust and the Mullens pledge. When the offers to businesses become available - who knows where we could end up....

Though I guess quite a few of the 15,000 at Wembley would have been families who might pledge once, so maybe even if everyone pledged once per household, its 5-10,000. Still, if another 4,000 people pledged £10 each that would still get us to nearly £80k plus the Trust and Mullens, less costs.
In the same way that I often think that the start of a Town game, we'll be lucky to get a draw, in the hope of being pleasantly surprised, I think we'll do well if the total ticks up to £50k, but that still is a massive total.

I guess it's always nervy when you launch something, but the positivity oozing around the other week, and all those £100 pledges on here made me think it was doable. Though not in a day!
What has surprised me is that it's still ticking over at over a grand a day. You keep finding those rewards and people keep finding money down the back of the sofa. Big IF but, if we can keep going at this rate....2 more monthly paydays before the end should help keep the average daily total up.

The incentives are worth the investment alone. I'm waiting until pay day to pledge again but fully intend of getting the Dock Tower T-Shirt and tickets for the Lloyd Griffin comedy night.
If we can get the Harry Haddock's sponsored then that might just tip us towards the £60k - £70k marker.
I would love to help organise a party of some sort to celebrate the success. I DJ locally and get numerous venues to help out. I also have talked about organising a Christmas Children's party for Junior Trust members and there family.

I never thought we would get to £50k this week as I keep thinking its going to slow down but now it looks almost certain that we will. Can see us hitting £100k in total (including the other £25k).

That's already the plan - once the Conference pull their fingers out and give us fixtures and then we know when we will definitely have them back, we'll allocate specific home and away games!
Was hoping the designated away game could be FGR but actually as that is a difficult one to get to from everywhere in the country maybe a nice midlands game would be better for a designated return of Harry, obviously depends on fixtures but I suppose a standout choice for high attendence and lots of Harrys could be Lincoln

I think you are right. I thought straight away of the other meanings. "Steaming" is still used as a slang for gang robberies and "steaming in" is still used as slang for football gang violence. Sad to say, the idea of it referring to a trawler coming down the river to the Fish Dock gates is a long way from the memories of people today.

There again, you might be one of those people who likes the adrenalin rush of doing such daring deeds.

I think you have to be of a certain age and/or mind set to associate the 'steaming in' part of the chant with violence regardless of its' connotations. I simply see it as our variation on a good chant despite its' supposed origins. The fact that people now associate it with a trawler going up the Humber is a good thing - it shows we're not all mindless idiots.

Going to try and persuade my brothers to put £5 each together (£15 in total) and pledge it for a place to see Lloyd Griffiths, and I'll donate my second £15 pledge (already pledged £15 to be a Mariners trust member) also for a place to see Lloyd Griffiths too. I very much agree Pete. With his family associations with the town of Grimsby, which helped make the Ross name what it is, why wont he support his home town club financially? There are ways and means to ensure any help given goes into the right areas. It is such a shame that we cannot get him on board.

Not fussed either way but his family did make their fortune on the backs of Grimsby fishermen, such as my Dad. They were cast aside as casual workers when the industry collapsed, with no severance pay and the pension pot disappeared into a black hole. In fact, the Ross lot can do one for my money.

Just popped a few more quid in for a Harry and a t-shirt. Have to say that the variety of items which can be bought and the way that the releases have been staggered and timed has been absolutely brilliant. Every time that the momentum of pledges really seems to have slowed something happens which seems to kick it into life again. I know it's a team effort but those behind the campaign should be very, very proud of themselves.

Rod Temperton came from Humberston. He wrote a lot of the songs on Thriller (I think). I might be wrong but I think you might be confusing the De Aston bit with Elton John's songwriting partner Bernie Taupin (who had a hand in writing "Grimsby" off the album Caribou which, allegedly was inspired by Elton's visit to B.P. as chairman of Watford in 1973/74.)

Its not just that his parents had "businesses here." His grandfather and father created a world wide brand that made the family household names and set the way for David Ross to make his millions.
Countless Grimsby families spent a lifetime working for Ross Group, they and the company depended on each other. Of course lots of their employees were dedicated Town fans.
I think it would be a fitting tribute for the Ross family to invest some money in the Mariners - I understand David Ross is a very, very rich man so it is hardly going to affect him. He obviously holds all the aces, but it would be great if the Mariners could get somebody involved who has the cash and contacts to really get us moving. A bit like the Swann chap at Scunthorpe.

That's absolutely not true. The club has taken significant donations from the club shop (as has been advertised a fair bit) and you can also make a bank transfer straight to the Trust (as others have done). You only need to ask and someone will help!

WOW! This must go down as one of the greatest gestures by the fans of a non league club in footballing history.
I know in the past we have donated to buying players such as Joe Walters, Ivano Bonetti ect and even funding the Pontoon stand but this in such a short time is Historic.

There were still people firmly in the Hurst Out camp and the attitude and atmosphere around the club was nowhere near as positive because we'd limped home rather than being robbed of promotion. If we'd done it last year, we'd have raised nowhere near as much IMO.

I'm surprised you haven't arranged anything with the club with regards to the preseason friendlies?
Something along the lines of £30 or £35 for access to the 4 pre-season games with the club giving £5 of it to the promotion fund.
1000 tickets sold and its another £5k into the kitty and the club have guaranteed another £25 to £30k income.
The club have helped out whenever asked with signed shirts etc but wouldn't something like that just be an initiative the club could do? Simply transferring money the club raise to the OP fund for them to then hand back to the club seems redundant.
Why not designate one of the games as Operation Promotion game, a percentage to the fund raising (it's going to the club anyway. Get 1-2000 extra on the attendance. The away team would probably like to play in front of a decent crowd instead of boring friendlies.

.I had an Idea about this, hopefully the trust will read.
Every charity nowadays has a run or a walk, the "race for life" the moonlight walk", the "colour run" etc, I have no idea how many of these happen in Grimsby as I'm an exile.
However I wonder if it's possible to do an "inflatable walk" maybe from the ground along the seafront to the meriian park or something similar and relatively simple.
The idea is you do the walk but take an inflatable with you, naturally all sponsored.
As part of this people take their inflatables along, hopefully a high percentage will be Harry's, thus creating sales. In addition though during the walk a number will be "lost", "deflated", "freed!" etc thus creating more sales for replacements!
Just a thought, please do with what you will, can anyone build on this idea even?

Hopefully this is just the 'Boost the Budget' finale and that 'Operation Promotion' continues throughout the season and includes flags and a wall of noise troughout the season, a call to arms not for the opening couple of games, but for every game until we are back in the FL.

Well done to everyone. The thing i like most about this is not only have we raised 5x the amount we originally aimed for, it's made 99% of posts positive reading because it's giving people a warm feeling and people are happier. It's really made this years close season less stressful and boring.

A MASSIVE £100,000 in just eight weeks … that's how much Grimsby Town supporters want our team to get back into the football league next season.
The astonishing response to a plea for cash from ordinary folk has seen money flood in to Blundell Park from around the globe – from Australia, American and China, as well as the town and local area.
Club officials have been left stunned, and very grateful, as they were expecting to raise just £20,000!
Just two months ago the supporters' group the Mariners Trust decided to act to secure extra cash for manager Paul Hurst's transfer budget – determined to give the team the final push that is needed, after last season's massive effort at the Wembley play-off final.
Operation Promotion Budget Boost campaign was launched – and already there have been more than 3,500 donations made by almost 2,000 supporters – putting £100,000 into the coffers!
Online cash pledges have flooded in, with fans also buying up one-off gifts and experiences including a new-style Harry Haddock, alternative stadium tours and more.
Among the top backers was Mariners fan Andrew Newman, who forked out £2,500 to be officially registered as a Mariners player for the 2016-17 season.
He told the Telegraph: "I love the club and I want us desperately to get back into the Football League.
"Every little helps for a club like ours to try to push for promotion."
Grimsby-based Eurolec Services Ltd, based on Wilton Road, an electrical and mechanical engineers and contractors business, provided the icing on the cake last night when they pledged £3,000 – to take the fundraising campaign past the £100,000 barrier.
Town boss Paul Hurst said: "I already knew how important this club is to the fabric of the area, but it has been incredible to see.
"To everyone that's made a contribution, no matter how big or small, we are truly grateful.
"But we need them to keep coming to Blundell Park and travelling with us away from home to keep supporting us, so hopefully they've kept aside enough money to do that.
"Anything that you can receive on top of the initial budget is a huge help to me as a manager, but this is just incredible and is a massive bonus to me."
The Mariners have signed six new players this summer, including striker Omar Bogle and midfielder Andy Monkhouse.
The manager said: "I appreciate how expensive it is to follow football and, at the minute, with the way things are, not a lot of people have spare cash, but they've dug deep for the football club.
"I'm sure it's something that a lot of other football clubs will look to imitate, but I'm not sure they'll have the success that we've had – it's nice to be the leader in that respect, rather than just a follower.
"It's brought everyone together. Since I've been here, I've noticed a gradual improvement in the relationship between the fans and the club, but certainly last year, in particular, that relationship increased quite considerably."
Dave Roberts, of the Mariners Trust, said: "It's been absolutely incredible. We set off hoping to bear the £20,000, with a figure of £30,000 in our minds privately, but it's just gone so far beyond everyone's expectations, it's been unbelievable.
"The support from the fans and local companies has just been superb and just goes to show how much affection there is for this special club."
Peter Savage, of Eurolec, said: "Operation Promotion has been the talk of the town and the support from supporters has been incredible.
"As a business about to celebrate our 25th anniversary we wanted to mark the occasion and felt this was a fantastic way to do it.
"As a local business, and as supporters of the football club, we wanted to do our bit.
"And with the Mariners Trust so close to achieving their target we felt it was only right to push the grand total past the £100,000 landmark."
Euromillions winners Lee and Sue Mullen, now on the board at Grimsby Town, offered to match the amount raised to a maximum of £20,000, with the Trust adding £5,000.

So proud not only to be a town fan right now but also of the town I was born and bred in. We get enough excrement publicity but for all of the locals (and some exiles of course) we came together and we raised £100,000 for OUR club, not because we needed the money but because we wanted to increase OUR clubs budget. The heartbreak of last season has brought every single one of us together and I can't imagine that many clubs would be able to do that. Finally I think its only fair to thank the Trust, the Mullens, every single person who has been involved or has donated to the project and perhaps that over zealous, bully of a steward that in my opinion started the chain reaction for this. Together we are stronger. So proud to be GTFC.

It almost brings tears to the eyes the pride I feel right now. Our fans are the best fans in the world and I am so proud to be apart of this great fan base.
Don't think any other words need adding to what has already been said but still feel the need to agree with what has been said.
This started as an idea that was just lets chuck a few quid at the club. Our amazing support ensured we would do pretty well with that idea. But Bax and everyone at the Trust took the time to really make it an amazing campaign. The number of fresh ideas that emerged was stunning and everyone involved in organising it deserves massive respect for taking the time to implement it properly, and helping to make the summer seem a little more interesting while we were waiting to start again.
Every fan who has donated big or small has shown how amazing we are at this club. I have found opinions about your own fans are always biased, everyone will think their are the best, I think at Town we just happen to be right!
If anyone hasn't donated yet, even if it is only a quid do! The sense of belonging and pride I feel is kind of impossible to express and if you can share even the smallest amount you can feel it do.
So well done everybody and roll on the 8th of August!
Definitely not over yet. The fat lady sings at midnight tonight so don't forget to grab a Harry Haddock or a signed shirt or a ticket to the Lloyd Griffith night.
It's definitely not over yet. We raised over £20k on day one, no reason we can't raise a significant amount over the next few hours. Finally got round to getting a Harry and a pin badge just now, just deciding on which t-shirt to get to conclude my spending.
Reading the Telegraph headlines this morning brought a tear or two! To be honest I could never have imagined we would be here today having raised over ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND POUNDS. Now I realise anything is possible. Congratulations to everyone involved. Thanks for boosting the clubs chances of promotion and putting Grimsby under the spotlight for all the right reasons (for a change).
I hope De Freitarse and all the nimbys are looking on and seeing what the club means to so many people in this town. I'm struggling to think of anything else that would get this level of backing and yet they say we don't need a new ground as we are poorly supported.

Well done to everyone involved - the Trust and the organisers working hard to get everything together. The Telegraph for giving it plenty of air time, and most of all all the fans who have donated! We have done a marvellous job! Whatever happens, we can look back and be proud of this moment. It seems to instilled belief all around through the club from players to fans to local media.

Other monies not gone through crowdfunder, such as the Mullens and trust donations. I'd imagine the Eurolec money is a direct donation too, so as to avoid the 6% surcharge. It will be over a £100,000 when all tallied after tonight.

IMO it is vital that #operationpromotion lasts until the aim is achieved. The fans need to give noisey support, home and away, and in bigger & bigger numbers.
Momentum is key and once this jugganaut starts, it ain't stoping until Leegus two ( or one!)

Does it HAVE to be through paypal? I've just tried donating but apparently ive reached the maximum "non user payments" so i cant use that card with paypal
I just paid using credit card. Followed the Paypal option, then selected from the credit / debit card dropdown.

Won't be able to get from the depths of Norfolk tonight but I hope everyone has a brilliant time and that copious thanks are given to Bax, Wrawbs and everyone else who helped to organise the raising of an amazing amount of cash.
It isn't just the money that matters, I feel that we all have a stake in our club this year and it's almost like us being out there on the pitch with the players. Sod the opposition, sod the useless referees, it's our team and we will all bust a gut to win this league.

One big push by everyone is needed. Squeeze every penny you have to give us the best chance of raising even more. Think of the feeling after Tranmere in April and being able to say 'I resurrected my football club'.

Doesn't matter how much you've donated mate the thing is you have donated and you should be proud of yourself...you have helped your club.

I know its not given a given we will go up with this extra money but it will help.Other thing is the players will see the passion the fans have for their club and should help instigate them to play with more intensity and drive and hopefully achieve the dream we all share.Key is though take each game as it comes and maintain the same level of performance for every team be it Tranmere or Boreham Wood

The stands at Blundell park will no doubt be noisier this coming season, and I for one, can not wait for the season to start. There will no doubt be ups and downs, another emotional roller-coaster ride of a season, but I believe this will be our season that will see us promoted back into the football league.

Seriously, driving to work here in devon yesterday and we was on the headline news for radio 1. It didn't go into details just mentioned Grimsby fans had raised over 100k UTM

Woah very nice piece seeing Des Lynam with old Harry on match of the day and thousands of Harrys brought back some great memories great to see some faces to the names well done everybody so proud to be a mariner.

I went to get a couple of tickets for Kiddy today and there was a bloke in the ticket office wanting to donate £200 to the fund. I assume The Trust will still take donations even though the appeal has ended.

Peed off that i still haven't been able to pledge but it's coming. Got 2 nephews on their hols who will be weighing in when they are back plus my bro who is also waiting on getting paid for a job, so there are still peeps out there to keep the ball rolling.
