IDEA:-

Would it be possible once the final figure is totted up, to invite everyone that has donated, to Blundell Park for an "Operation Promotion" team photo. Would be great to get as many of us there as possible for this.

Perhaps with one of those big cheques being handed over as well?

Anyone agree?

Good to see the club are using crowd funding. It baffled me why it hasn't been done before. I haven't donated yet but 60 days gives me plenty of time and I will.

I still believe that the Trust should look into contacting local breweries and putting on local Real Ales in the bars on match days and contacting local butchers to come up with some proper Lincolnshire sausages and sausage rolls instead of the crap plastic ones on sale at the moment. The same could be done for pies and burgers. And the buns to boot! Sack off the walkers crisps (let Leicester City sell them) and get some Pipers in. In exchange, they get a extra business a small advert by the kiosk where they are sold to show where the butcher/baker is, we get happy fans the community talk about us, people come to the ground spend money, maybe the butcher can employ a new member of staff. Community gets one person off the dole, Grimsby and Lincolnshire become more prosperous...

I refer everyone to Kidderminster and how people rave about their food. We can do that!

This is a great idea well done to the trust and to everybody chipping in, i can only scrape a tenner at the minute, but I will put some more in when I get paid in two weeks

When does the Mariners Trust £5,000 get added onto the total?  I know in practicality that the total will be reached today but would be great to see it officially over the 20 grand line.  

Know it has been said by just about everyone but boy I could not be more proud to be a Mariner than today!  Thought we would get there but never this quickly.  And there are more than a few pepole who are just waiting for paydays to put it up.  Always knew we had great fans who love their club but this is just showing how much we all care!
