I agree mate. We certainly need at least one better centre midfielder too.

If we didn't know already - today really illustrates why you've just got to win the league. I really hope we can go all out for the title next year. I do think we're only 2 or 3 players short if we can keep that squad together. In fact, we've pretty much proved that we're the better team than the team that DID win the league this year.

Next year, we MUST be a force at home. That's where it's won or lost, and never more so than this season.

And....for all those like me who have followed Grimsby and England through many years and lots of penalty shoot outs - will we ever f@cking win one!?!?

Just got home!! So gutted right now but as long as we keep the core together, sign gowling, a new winger, centre mid and striker I think we can win the title next season! Devastated but so proud of our club today!

A striker is a priority .........One that can get in the box then drop off and find some space for incoming balls. Been missing that all season TBH.
