Lovely city as well. If the weathers nice be sure to take the train down to estoril and cascais. Also v cheap to stock up on wine, perfume, jeans etc
Portuguese wine much underrated.theres a superb place if you like your wine ,called chafariz do vinyl,a building built into the side of a hill which was once part of the ancient waterworks system, beautiful building and real wine experts. Otherwise there's plenty of cheap n cheerful holes in the wall with cheap as chips  sagres.bairo alto is the place to head for
