Thought the whole idea behind the hi-vis was that it was a) dirt cheap, b) easy to do and c) another thumbed-nose at stewards?

So is it Hi-Viz need to get little lad something this weekend? He said can he wear his hi viz Barcelona top, he was banished to the shed to consider what he had said, while I called the Adoption agencies......

My apologise, for some reason i had it in my head it was fancy dress. I like the hi-v's idea alot and think it goes well with tthe situation that occured.
